JK! Camp is super! We are almost done with the first session, these kids are going home on Sunday. And I'm a little sad! I really enjoy them. I am with the oldest girls- 15 yrs. old. And I adore every single one of them- I'll miss them when they leave! I got to go with them on their senior trip to Bar Harbor, which was a three day camping excursion where we ate some real food, shopped, and overall had a marvelous time. While there, we went to the Great Maine Lumberjack show, hosted by Timber Tina. Brilliant. I also got to go to the Portland Seadogs game- being with the seniors definitely had its perks. I feel like there is so much to write about, but I am so exhausted. All the time. The kids had their team meetings today, and we had some time to ourselves with no kids and a group of us played basketball. It was nice to run around with out kids hanging all over me.
Part of me really misses home, the other part really loves camp. There are four weeks left- I'll be headed back to Vegas on the 17th of August. I'll have a new niece soon after that (YAY!), school will start really soon, and will hopefully get back to normal very quickly... Our days are so packed 24/7, it's crazy how much we run around. They do try to give us as much time off as possible, which is great. And lucky me, I don't have any really crazy kids that drive me nuts. And now I'm rambling. Sorry to not provide so many details, it's late for me (10:45) and I'm pooped. More to follow... hopefully.
